The sky lounge on the 36th floor offers an incredible view of the city, making it an ideal spot for a drink. Breakfast on the 56th floor delivers an impressive variety of choices, catering to just about every palate.

The check-in process fell short, with rooms not ready even at 4 PM. Additionally, the old tower rooms really need renovations, as one guest described them as stuffy and moldy. Even in the newer tower, some found that the pricing didn't match the offerings, leading to a questioning of value for the premium rates.

the service was almost acceptable, but honestly, who needs doors banging all night? the sound-proofing in this hotel is simply abysmal. also, don’t expect any air-conditioning in winter—that’s just a delightful surprise. I woudl ve been pleased with a complimentary bottle of water, but alas, nothing. too bad, I almost added a star to my review!

The stay lasted three nights, and the impressive city views were a highlight. The breakfast spread offered fantastic choices, but be sure to confirm pool requirements in advance. Opt for the newer tower for a better experience, as older rooms need some TLC.

Our group had an amazing time! The baozi shop was a highlight, and the staff went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. We explored the local area, with easy access to shopping and dining. The spacious event space is perfect for any gathering!

While the location is great, some areas felt a bit noisy at times, which was mildly disruptive.

I initially booked a room just for myself, but after enjoying the fantastic baozi shop and the spacious accommodations, I ended up inviting my family to join me. The indoor swimming pool and spa made for perfect relaxation after busy days. While breakfast could have offered a bit more variety, it didn't take away from my wonderful experience! 😊

This place perfectly suits me with excellent amenities like a fitness center, indoor pool, and 24-hour reception. I remember the staff helping me return my forgotten hairbrush, showing their dedication. Highly recommend staying in the new tower. I'm coming back for my next city trip!
